SwiftPatra provides professional assistance for GST registration, ITR filing, PAN services, business registrations, licenses, and government compliance documentation.
As these services involve consultation, document preparation, verification, and coordination with government authorities, operational costs are incurred once processing begins.
Payments made to SwiftPatra are generally non-refundable once service processing has started, including but not limited to:
GST registration and GST return filing
Income Tax Return (ITR) filing
PAN card application or correction
Trade license and business registration
Udyam/MSME registration
Government certificate applications
Any documentation that has been prepared, reviewed, or submitted
Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made to SwiftPatra
Service not initiated due to internal operational reasons
Payment made but required documents not submitted and processing not started
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Clients may request cancellation before SwiftPatra begins processing the service.
Once documentation work, verification, or submission has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
SwiftPatra does not guarantee approval of any government application. Rejection, delay, or objection raised by government authorities does not qualify for a refund unless directly caused by proven internal error.
